Our shipping days are Monday to Friday, as we prefer to reserve the weekends for ourselves.
If an item is out of stock, please note that all our products are handmade, unlike those of larger companies, which may result in longer wait times. We take pride in the quality of our products, which we believe rival those found in shops.
You can also benefit from our **Local Delivery Service** for purchases of £20.00 or more.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience delays of a few days. Please factor in additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
**Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates**
We partner with Royal Mail for postage, and all orders in the UK are sent with 48-hour tracking. The cost for UK deliveries is £3.50.
For international shipping, we offer economy, tracked, and signed services depending on the destination, with prices varying by location.
