 If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee. You may return your items within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

 Please note that we cannot accept returns of wax melts that have been removed from their packaging or any candles that have been used. 

 You will receive either a full refund (excluding any discounts or promotions applied and postage costs) or a replacement for your return.


We DO NOT offer refunds on GIFT CARDS.

 

Open Box Policy

 

Open Box orders allow you to purchase items and collect them into a single shipment over time. This lets you place multiple small orders and save on shipping when you decide to close your box.

Refunds & Exchanges: Once an item is purchased for an Open Box, it is held for you and removed from available stock. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for Open Box items before they are shipped. If you have any concerns, please feel free to reach out to us directly.



HIGHLAND ROSE MELTS are not liable for returns postage cost, unless otherwise agreed.
We however advise that you contact us as soon as possible with any concerns or issues. We will then be able to address this in a prompt and efficient manner.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Unfortunately as the law of averages works, there will be the very rare occurrence of a faulty or damaged item.

Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can look to rectify the problem immediately.  We will always provide the quickest and most appropriate way forward whatever that happens to be for the given situation.
