Is the Highland VIP a subscription?

No. We believe in total flexibility. You can buy the HIGHLAND VIP box as a one-off treat whenever you like. There are no recurring payments and no commitment!

How do I purchase?

You can purchase directly from the product page, and we will email you an invoice the following month. If you choose to continue, we will automatically resend the following month.

Why has the price increased to £13.50?

The new price reflects the extra variety (5 scents instead of 4) and the premium, hand-poured quality of our latest fragrance oils. This price also includes your shipping, ensuring the VIP box remains the most cost-effective way to shop our newest releases.

The pots are smaller than the clamshells—will the scent last?

Absolutely! Each 50g pot is highly concentrated with premium fragrance oils, providing approximately 40–60 hours of burn time. With 5 pots per box, you’re getting up to 300 hours of fragrance—plenty to keep your home smelling incredible all month long.

When do these scents go on general sale?

As a VIP, you get "First Sniff" access! These scents won’t be available to the general public until the following month. When they do hit the main shop, they will be sold at a higher individual price, so the VIP box is always the best deal.
